📋 TL;DR
A heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in Juniper Networks Junos OS flexible PIC concentrator (FPC) allows attackers to send specific DHCP packets to cause FPC crashes and denial of service. Under rare conditions with DHCP Option 82 enabled, memory corruption could potentially lead to remote code execution. This affects multiple EX and QFX series switches running vulnerable Junos OS versions.
