📋 TL;DR
An out-of-bounds write vulnerability in libsubextractor.so subtitle parsing library allows local attackers to cause memory corruption when processing malicious subtitle files. This affects Samsung mobile devices prior to November 2024 security updates. User interaction is required to trigger the vulnerability by opening a malicious subtitle file.
