📋 TL;DR
This vulnerability is an out-of-bounds write in libsmat.so that allows local attackers to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges. It affects Samsung mobile devices prior to the August 2024 security update. Attackers need local access to the device to exploit this vulnerability.
