CVE-2024-20812
📋 TL;DR
This vulnerability is an out-of-bounds write in the padmd_vld_htbl function of libpadm.so on Samsung devices, allowing a local attacker to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges. It affects Samsung mobile devices running vulnerable versions of the system software prior to the February 2024 security update. The attacker needs local access to the device to exploit this vulnerability.
