📋 TL;DR
This vulnerability in Juniper Junos OS prevents DDoS protection configuration changes from taking effect on specific PTX and QFX10K platforms with Paradise chipsets. When high rates of specific packets are received, BFD sessions may flap, disrupting routing protocols and causing network instability leading to denial of service. Only affects PTX and QFX10K Series devices with Paradise chipset-based line cards running vulnerable Junos OS versions.
