📋 TL;DR
An unauthenticated adjacent attacker can send a malformed DHCP packet to crash the Juniper DHCP daemon (jdhcpd) when dhcp-security is enabled, causing DHCP service denial. The service automatically restarts but repeated attacks create sustained DoS. Affects Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved across multiple versions.
