📋 TL;DR
This vulnerability allows local attackers to temporarily disable the SIM card on affected Samsung devices by exploiting improper intent verification in the ImsService broadcast receiver. It affects Samsung mobile devices running Android with ImsService prior to the September 2025 security update. Attackers need physical access or local app execution privileges.
