📋 TL;DR
This vulnerability allows local attackers to bypass background execution management controls on Samsung devices. Attackers with physical access or local code execution can exclude their processes from resource management restrictions. This affects Samsung devices running Android with MARsExemptionManager prior to the September 2025 security update.
