📋 TL;DR
This vulnerability allows local attackers to reset the OAID (Open Anonymous Device Identifier) on Samsung devices by exploiting improper intent verification in the DeviceIdService broadcast receiver. It affects Samsung devices running Android versions prior to the April 2025 security maintenance release. The attack requires local access to the device.
