📋 TL;DR
This vulnerability allows local attackers to read arbitrary memory by exploiting an out-of-bounds read in the libsthmbc.so library when processing malformed video thumbnail bitstreams. User interaction is required to trigger the vulnerability, affecting Samsung mobile devices with vulnerable versions of the library. The impact is limited to information disclosure from memory contents.
