📋 TL;DR
This vulnerability allows local attackers to bypass Samsung's background service restrictions in SamsungNotesService, enabling unauthorized service execution. It affects Samsung devices running versions prior to the August 2024 security update. Attackers need physical or local access to the device to exploit this flaw.
