📋 TL;DR
An unauthenticated remote attacker can send crafted L2TP packets to vulnerable Cisco IOS XE devices, causing them to reload unexpectedly and creating a denial of service condition. This affects Cisco devices running specific IOS XE software versions with L2TP enabled. Only traffic directed to the affected device can trigger this vulnerability.
