📋 TL;DR
This vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to cause a denial of service by flooding traffic to the out-of-band management ethernet port on Juniper Junos OS devices. The flood causes 100% CPU load, making the device unresponsive until the traffic subsides. All Juniper Networks Junos OS versions prior to specific patched releases are affected.
