📋 TL;DR
This vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to cause a denial of service by flooding traffic to the out-of-band management ethernet port on affected Juniper devices, resulting in 100% CPU utilization and device unresponsiveness. It affects Juniper Networks JUNOS OS on EX2300 Series, EX3400 Series, and ACX710 devices running vulnerable versions. The system recovers automatically once the flood subsides.
