📋 TL;DR
This vulnerability in Juniper QFX5K Series switches allows an attacker on a VXLAN overlay network to cause denial of service in the underlay network by sending high volumes of legitimate traffic. The DDoS protection mechanism incorrectly triggers, causing leaf switches to stop processing certain L2 traffic from spine switches. This affects organizations using Juniper QFX5K switches with VXLAN configurations.
